We’ve been with Erie for quite a few years; our original agent in Huntingtown transferred us to Bahr when he retired around 2008/09 ish. I thought our original agent was good, but we quickly learned that transfer was a significant gift to us as with the added passion and extensive knowledge of policies that Matt possesses. Matt Bahr and his team work HARD to save their clients’ money! If there’s a discount to be had, they’ll find it. I’m guilty for waiting till after hours to connect, but that’s ok, thanks to Christine’s email responsiveness. I’m not sure I’ve ever gone more than 4-5 business hours without a response.
